Season of Lent

The Lenten season starts with fasting on Ash Wednesday and ends with Easter Sunday. 

Lent began as a way of self-discipline for Catholics to remind themselves of the value of repentance. Throughout these 46 days of lent, people give up on particular food habit or habitual practices which cannot be quit. There is no meat included in the meals for this six weeks of fasting. And here are some appetizing recipes for these lenten season.
